Cooking Class with Chef Antonio in LaFrida kitchen at Pueblo
Your chance for a once-in-a-lifetime cooking lesson with Star Diamond Award winning Chef Antonio de Livier, held in the sparkling kitchen of LaFrida Restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Chef Antonio will give cooking instructions as he prepares an original menu and teach students how to use alternative ingredients and techniques. Sushi Lessons & Sake Tasting at Siempre Restaurant’s Sushi Bar
Marvel at the skill of Master Chef Kata at the elegant Sushi Bar at Siempre Restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica as he prepares a four course sushi meal. Chef Kata will share recipes, explain a basic sushi glossary to take the mystery out of ordering at a sushi bar, and provide instruction on preparing the four dishes listed below. After preparation each course will be served with sake tasting. A bottle of sake and an elegant pair of chopsticks will be yours to take home. Classes are limited to 8 students. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is an adults only resort, children under the age of 16 are not allowed.

- Seared Tataki Tuna Sashimi with Spicy Sesame Seeds & Wasabi

Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we are presenting the Winemaker’s Dinners. Each night will be hosted by one of our gourmet restaurants and sponsored by select wineries from around the world. Winemaker’s dinners offer unique pairing menus created by our master chefs and our national champion sommelier, Juan Carlos Flores, and each night offers a totally different menu and ambiance. Sign up for all three to take advantage of this superlative gastronomical experience. Each night is limited to 80 guests.
Thursday night Winemaker’s Dinner at Fellini’s Restaurant - This award winning restaurant features Chef Antonio de Livier´s own personal style of inspired Italian food and luscious steaks in a stylish sea-view setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Musical accompaniment is provided by the brilliant stylings of internationally known pianist Martha Lledó, and wine pairings are orchestrated by National Champion Sommelier Juan Carlos Flores. Friday night Winemaker’s Dinner at Siempre Restaurant - Siempre’s fusion of Mediterranean and Asian with Mexican accents incorporates the finest, freshest ingredients and flavors from around the world. Fresh fish and seafood directly from the clear waters of the Pacific Ocean, highest quality meats and a wide variety of organic delicacies are integrated in delicious cuisine prepared by internationally-trained chefs. Saturday night Celebrity Chef Winemaker's Dinner LaFrida Restaurant
- Nationally celebrated Chef Michael Schlow joins Los Cabos’ own award-winning celebrity chef Antonio de Livier in creating an event of culinary delight for this very special Winemaker’s Dinner, set in the elegant, authentic Mexican 1920s-style dining room of LaFrida Restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and enhanced by the ballads of enchanting chanteuse Luna Itzel. These two chefs are long-time friends who have worked together before and understand the nuances and outstanding potential of each others’ cooking. This is your opportunity to taste and explore the drinks that are literally the spirits of Mexico - Tequila, Mexcal and Soto. You will learn how they differ from one another and discover their many flavors and nuances. You will also become acquainted with the fascinating history of these beverages, how they are produced, and which among them have the qualities that please you most. Tequila is made from a species of agave indigenous to the arid highlands of central Mexico.
